One of the oldest temple sites on the Indian subcontinent and the oldest Shiva temple in Nepal, this amazing place has one of the most powerful energies I have ever encountered.
Situated on the banks of the Bagmati river, a tributary of the Ganges, it is considered one of the most auspicious sites in Nepal. People come to the hospice here to die and then be creamated along the banks of the river.
