Angels are the rishis that come down from the Himalayas
A dependent life is superstitious life
Bhakti is following blindly and thinking that self realisation will come as a result
Bhakti is the infant stage and we need to overcome superstitious beliefs
Bhakti as dependence is merely superstition
Bhakti should lead to self effort and that should lead to independence
THE MIND HAS TO COME TO A STOP.
There are 12 Jyoti Linga in Kali Yuga (Shiva temples at all 12 sites)
The first of these self manifesting Siva Lingams is Somanatha in Gujarat
Swami said you can use any Mantra but Om Somanatha Namah is best.
Start practicing Ajapa
We have the power in us like the Gods and we have to overcome superstitious beliefs. Believe the Divinity is within us.
Swami was invited to consecrate a temple as they could not install the idol for one reason or another. On investigation through meditation and introspection Swami discovered that the land was not registered and the idol was slightly damaged, with a small chip off one hand. The idol would have to be perfect to be installed. They corrected these problems and all went well.
Swami asked: “How may more days of this program? I don’t want to talk for so many days. I want silence and to be alone. My true desire is to be alone.”

Ajapa goes on in all of us all the time
We fail to observe what is going on within ourselves.
There is no need to go into big city, just keep one thing in mind – Ajapa
Swayambu Lingam created itself, in fact the whole earth is swayambu – self manifesting.
Ajapa happens in everybody, it is not given to you and you are not the doer
Ajapa is the only way to reach the state of enlightenment
Without Ajapa the world would not exist
This is the only path to peace and enlightenment
Bhakti, prema and tyaga (devotion, love and sacrifice) are all that can please me
Love is the basis of creation – the expression varies from person to person
Showing love to all is true love, true devotion; looking at a photo is not devotion.
Walking over a cliff if the Guru tells you is true Bhakti. Must have complete faith and trust. When the complete mind given, that  is Bhakti.
In true Bhakti, the breathing stops and Swami enters you and the siddhis (extrasensory faculties) will come
Swami said:  “My nearest and dearest disciples from US and Australia, Greg, Steve, Robert, come here”. He gave us each Prasad – blessed food.
When practicing Mano Yoga the shoulders must be relaxed. Compression should only be of the stomach as pressure can build up in the head and neck. The liver, lungs, heart and throat all compress.
Yoga nidra can be done the whole night on a narrow bench or fallen tree. Your feet and arms will not fall off the bench. You will even float up off the bench. The body will float.
When doing penance Swami did Yoga Nidra on a tree trunk. He could lie down the whole night without moving. Swami showed a number of different positions.
Position 1: Yoga nidra on a bench in half lotus with hands under the head
Position 2: Lie down with hands on thighs. Then raise one leg and place the leg over the other with the lower leg extending up
Position 3: Lie on side like a sleeping buddha with arm folded under the head. Flies and mosquitos will not come to you
Position 4: Half lotus and hands on thighs. Even if scorpions or snakes bite it has no effect on the Yogi.
Perseverance and practice will take you to that place
You will realise God and that divinity is right inside you, nowhere else.
