Registration & Payment

To register for the South India Yoga Journey you will need to submit the Registration Form and pay an initial deposit of $500 to reserve your place. You will then need to book your international flightst to India, obtain a visa, obtain travel insurance and submit all these details to us. The balance of payment will need to be paid as per the payment schedule.

 

Inclusions

The total cost of the tour is $4,400 and includes all transport, activities, meals, yoga programs, ayurvedic treatments etc as outlined in the itinerary and daily program. It also includes a travel pack of three books, and a Manduka Tavel Yoga Mat. It does not include international flights, visa or travel insurance. Due to the nature of the Yoga Journey the itinerary may change before or during the tour.

 

Early bird discount

If you book and pay your $500 deposit before the end of June the total cost of the tour is $4,200 ($200 discount!)

 

Suggested Payment Schedule

This is a suggested schedule of payments to help you plan and budget. You are required to pay in full by the 14th October.

  • $500 upon Registration
  • $1,000 1st instalment by 1st August
  • $1,000 2nd instalment by 1st September
  • $1,000 3rd instalment by 1st October
  • $900 4th instalment by 14th October


Cancellation & Refund Policy

The initial deposit of $500 is a booking fee and is non-refundable in the event you cancel your place on the Yoga Journey. If you cancel your place before the 12th October any other instalments paid will be refunded to you (ie. all money paid except the $500 deposit). If the tour is cancelled by the operators for whatever reason all money you have paid will be refunded.

 

Legal & Indemnity

All participants agree to accept full responsibility for their health, wellbeing, personal welfare and personal belongings. It is a requirement that each participant takes out comprehensive travel insurance valid for the duration of the journey which covers any accidents, loss, and other unforeseeable circumstances. Policy details must be submitted to us on the ‘Participant’s Details Form’ prior to departure.

 

Privacy

Any information you submit to us on the following forms will be held in confidence. Your details will only be used for the purpose of this Yoga Tour. Your details will be shared with our travel agents Yoga Journeys and Starline Travels and will not be shared with any other parties or used for any other purpose.
