Included are daily yoga, mano yoga and meditation; sightseeing & monastery visits in the Eastern Himalayas & Sikkim; Mano Yoga with enlightened yoga master Sri Somanatha Maharshi in Hyderabad; 6 day program of vini yoga (the yoga of Krishnamacharya) at Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda Centre in Chennai with A.G. Mohan; Ayurvedic beachside luxury in the temple town of Mahabalipuram. The yoga tour is fully escorted in India by yoga teacher, Mandy from Kookaburra Creek Yoga Centre in Perth, Western Australia. There is nothing like a trip to this amazing country which is at the very heart of yoga to awaken the spirit of yoga within!
